Debbie began her Real Estate career in 1995 with her husband Scott – “Spouses Selling Houses”.  She started at Century 21 and then joined Dean John Schmidt for 23 years at 1st Choice Properties.  After Dean passed away, it made perfect sense to join his nephew, Chad Schmidt, at 1st Choice Properties Realty.  She loves working with people from start to finish to help them fulfill their dream of becoming a homeowner. Her background as an administrative assistant, office manager, and legal secretary offers knowledge needed when buying and/or selling real estate.

She has lived in Waterford with Scott and their daughter, Reebee, since 2000, and lived in Western Racine County since 1993.  They recently opened an antique/vintage store, Second Street Stuff, in Waterford.  She loves spending time with Scott & Reebee.  She loves watching Scott perform in his two bands.  She shares her love of Disney with Reebee.  She enjoys scrapbooking and gardening.

Debbie has volunteered for numerous organizations in Waterford and Wind Lake.  She helped run the Wind Lake Jaycee’s.  She was a lead on High School Band Uniform & Italian Dinner committees. She was part of the Waterford PTO from 2001-2016 and on the PTO board for almost 10 years.  She was a co-lead for Market Day and helped run the Scholastic book fair for eight years.
